What is the minimum night duration?

Our minimum nights during the week are 3 nights, Weekends are 3 nights (Fri-Mon)

What are the cooking facilities? 

Both spaces have a gas cooker with hob & grill. Pots & pans are provided. There is a kettle, toast and fridge with freezer compartment. 

Cooking oil, salt & pepper are provided. 

Milk, Tea, Coffee and sugar are provided. 

When can we check in? 

Guests are welcome to check in from 3pm on day of arrival. 

Guests are kindly asked to check out by 10am at the latest on the day of departure. 

Can I bring my dog? 

Well behaved dogs are more than welcome at Beneath The Branches. We kindly request that dogs are cleaned up after. 

Please avoid muddy paws on all furniture. Please kindly bring a bed for your dog. Bowls & 1 towel provided.

How will we stay warm during our stay? 

Both spaces are extremely well insulated alongside being fully central heated. Meadow cabin also features an “ECO-Burner”.

Both spaces have outdoor log burners. 

Can I swim in the pond? 

We kindly advise guests against swimming in our pond. It is the home of several wildlife and we would not want to disturb them. 

Can I bring my children? 

 Beneath The Branches is an adult only space. 

Can I charge my EV?

Yes – we have an EV charger in the car park, guests are welcome to use for £10 per day. 

Can I have friends over during my stay? 

We are unable to welcome additional people during your stay. 

Can we check out late?

Check out is by 10am, please kindly make sure you have vacated the space by then.
